How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes? Use a gage and check proper fuel pressure, key on engine off. If you have a fuel filter external to the fuel pump assembly, have you ever changed it? Make sure no pressure on fuel lines before taking anything loose.

I have the same problem in my chevy malibu 2003, I know the problem is from engine programing (car system) but no one can fix it only by reprogramming the car but it is difficult to do it. What I did is I took the car to a car electrician shop and I ask him to let my car fan work once I start my car. He just put some wire inside fuse box and also add one extra wire between one fan and the battery and it is working well now. The electrician told me "but this will decrease the life time of the fans because it should be only run once the car is hot". Then I told him "just do it" because I know that if didn't do it, my car will damage from high temperature and the engine gasket, fuel pump, water pump, power stirring pump, electric sparks could be damage from high temperature. So if the fans become down, I will change it no problem which will not cost me more than 35$ rather than the big damage which might happen if I didn't switch it on, might cost me thousands of dollars. I did it more than 3 months a go and it is working fine. No my car temeperature around between 1/4 and 1/3 of the full temperature.

No more overheating.....

Hello Barbette, The harmonic balancer is basically a counterweight attached to the front of the engines crankshaft. The balancer has a rubber cushion that could fail although I would suspect that would be a very rare occurrence. I think it would be worth it, to get a second opinion on this diagnosis.

It is one of two things, someone put a small object like a tooth pick into the lock cylinder of the lock pins are jammed. Either way you are going to need a locksmith.

Check all switches for 12 volts, before and after the switches.

Drop it down and then finish the close with the palm of your hand if ness.

There are a few issues that cause this. First if the vacuum module is bad or no vacuum is getting to it the trans. will not shift on its own. Second is the trans is extremely dirty inside and need service. Some transmissions are electronically controlled and if the relay or the internal electronics are bad it will not shift automatically. Good news is if the trans will shift manually the issue is minor. Check your vacuums first, Good luck

Was the cooling system properly bled? If not, trapped air in the system will cause an overheating issue

try turning the key both ways while giggling the key

That is what it is supposed to do. Follow proper procedure to unblock.

Not possible all you can do is reset it and hope it starts but you can hope that you don't have a broken lock barrel sensor as if it is you need a new one fitted and coded to the vehicle

Do that one or get that done on a lift. If not.... drain the oil & filter, every drop. In a gentle sequence loosen remove every other oil pan bolt . Next loosen, don't remove, the rest of the & slowly take out 1 fm the ft 1 fm the rear, 1 fm the side & keep going until they are all loosen enough to totally remove. The pan may fall by its own weight, if not, a few taps with no bolts will cause it to drop. Work it off around the oil pump & float, remove the gasket when the pan is down clean the engine block of gasket & oil & reinstall the new gasket. I'm not saying your gasket isn't leaking, but I've had many requests to replace pan gaskets & the front or rear seal is leaking. Besides the fact without a lift, power tools & an oil drain, this one is a rough one. Have it Done! Good luck

those lights will come on to make u aware that ecm has detected problems in abs and engine system,ecm has stored codes that will have to be read with an obd2 scan tool,codes will point to problem areas to check and repair!

check all the wiring for that light and if u have power in all that mean you may have replace the wrong type bulb
