I'll start by saying if a battery goes dead you should be able to recharge it without having to replace it.If it goes dead overnight something may be draining it, or the alternator may not be charging enough. A mechanic would check alternator output and check all of the circuits for a power drain.

do u have the antilock brake bleeding tool? if not you will need to have the dealer bleed the brakes, the ABS control valve must be electricaly held open to bleed the brakes there of course is a special tool for this.

Check for lose or broken vacuum lines

Have you checked your fuel filter? It could be clogged. Has the truck sat for a long period of time? Is the fuel pump GM? Does it have enough fuel pressure? Are you sure it's not ignition related? Possibly an ignition module shorting out after it gets hot.

Have you checked for continuity from the fuel pump fuse to the pump do this with the ignition off, you may have a break in the live cable, or take a voltmeter and check voltage at the pump.

get a repair manual, ther should be a DECAL, under your hood, somewhere, shows routing of all vacumn hoses. unless it fell off.

its your flasher

i would try putting a c-clamp on the vacuum actuator on the fenderwell and see if the 4wd engages. they go bad alot. Good Luck

NOT IF ENGING STILL RUNS. ALL WAIST CHECK FUEL PRESURE GM HAD CPI, PFI SO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT PRESURE CENTRAL PORT INJECTION WILL NEED 80 PIS. 1 INJECTOR AND 6 NOZALS. OK THAT FUEL THE OTHER IS A PLUGGED EXHAUST. EASY PULL THE O2 AND SEE IT ENGINE REV UP ,IF IT DOES CHECK CATALITC CONVERTER

IAC valve @ throttle body regulates the air/fuel idle. its right in front of the throttlebody, replace it, MAP sensor works together with IAC, both could be your problem. everything else you did is good, I feel these items are necessary to put you back in bussiness, just do it !!!

no idea iam a europen mechanic but if this vehicle has a timing belt then check this first
