Remove it..Probably installed incorrectly . Tach is probably incorrectly wired into the distributor harness and effecting rpm voltage to the speedometer and may possibly blown the voltage regulator to the gauge in the dash.

It sounds like a fuel delivery issue, you may have a bad injector. this would cause too much fuel going into engine and cause the lack of power. First try adding fuel injector cleaner to your gas and get the highest octane at the pump, if that doesnt work pull the plugs and look for one that is wet or has higher carbon build up.

There's a power relay that should engage the solenoid when the key is turned. Either the key switch is worn and doesn't energize the relay, or the relay is faulty or sometimes the relay's socket gets corroded or loose, or there are some other interlocks on the way. I haven't found a user's manual, but if you have one at hand, look for the location of the starter relay (not the solenoid, the relay that drives the solenoid). If you have some mechanical and electrical expertise, you may check for power getting to the relay coil when turning the key to starting position. If no power gets to this coil, it may be the key switch itself or an interlock. You mentioned that the neutral interlock "seems" OK, it also may be that in some car models, the brake pedal has to be pressed at the same time to deliver power to the relay. Also, check the car parts websites for the wiring diagram, sometimes there are stupid interlocks on the relay circuit (like a driver seated, also used for the seat belt alarm).

Well code 22 means the signal coming from the TPS is too low. That usually means an open circuit between the sensor and the engine computer. The computer sends a 5 volt signal to the sensor and reads what comes back to the computer. Its possible the sensor is way out of adjustment, but more likely a broken wire or connector between the sensor and computer. You would need a scanner to "see" the data stream from the sensor to know for sure.

same this happened with a KIA that I had, and didn't want to spend for a new TPS, since the car was almost new (of course out of warranty, Murphy's Law), assuming that your car has good wires (not broken), to and from the TPS, try to open the tps (sometimes is hard because is encapsulated) inside there is a very delicate brush touching a carbon track in a printed circuit, if possible, very delicate, bend the brushes to make more pressure against the carbon track... I don't remember which one but one is Grnd, other is +5v, other is signal +, other is signal -, this TPS has TWO independent tracks, in normally closed throttle, it has 0V signal, and INCREASES with the opening of the tr. the other has 5V signal that DECREASES with the opening of the tr, at a different rate, thats why you still have tr response, althou sligtly "weird", TPS position is used also to calculate shift points and sometimes the trans changes harshly...

I hope your talking about your starter. If its not turning the trigger wirer from the starter is black and goes to the ignition switch . power runs to the starter from to kick the solenoid in to turn your starter over.

It is purple from ignition switch to the starter. May have a relay, if so it will be purple too.

The knock sensor is on the passenger side of the engine, down below the exhaust manifold, and threads into the water jacket. Use the proper sized socket to remove. You may lose some coolant, so either drain some coolant first, or be quick getting the new one into the block. Not too hard to replace. It is about the size of a silver dollar and silver in color.

best to get someone with a $5000-$10000 hand held analyizer to do a scan o the car first, then...possible catalytic converter clogged, possibly the MAF sensor is bad and or needs cleaned, possibly fuel pump going bad or fuel regulator? -must have all checked to start with to eliminate each one by one.
