How do i fix electrical problem on my gmc?

https://s1.postimg.org/635jzlm5zj/headlights.jpg Click on the link. As you can see, the hi--lo beam on the right side uses one ground. The hi and low beam on the left side use a different ground. If I suspect a ground problem, I use a redundant ground to see if it helps?

2005 GMC Sierra 1500 heated mirror stopped heating

I do not see a separate fuse for the heaters, so you have power thru the 25 amp breaker. You will, have to pull the panel up or access the mirror connector to trace power to the elements. Not sure which is easier. I have pasted all of the relevant diagrams. Likely failure modes are open heating element and failed heater switch. 0996b43f80242418-l15fcbeisfileg1jtnhunp3x-5-0.gif 0996b43f80242363-l15fcbeisfileg1jtnhunp3x-5-3.gif 0996b43f802424f1-l15fcbeisfileg1jtnhunp3x-5-7.gif

Which is positive wire on door speaker Lt. green or dark green?

Open up the other door speaker to check. I would guess it would be the darker green. It wont harm anything to try either one. It is low voltage. If one doesn't work, switch the wires.

Dim for night unit wont dim at night. to bright to the road

Dies this wire come out of the dim switch??? If so, with vol meter check for voltage changes when you tuggle dim switch. If you notice changes trace wire with same color and reattach. If wire came off from the back of cluster connector you would need to get a cluster plug pin out to place wire in its proper place..

Anti-lock function on brakes is triggered by applying brakes while steering wheel is turned hard over

Sounds like you are losing wheel speed signal when under hard turns. This is commonly caused by the harness at or near the wheel speed sensor has a bad connection of there may be a break in the wiring that intermittently loses signal to the ABS module and causes the anti-lock function to happen, (loss of wheel speed is like wheel skid as far as the ABS module is concerned) It is usually necessary to have a scan tool to monitor the data and read codes on the ABS system. You may have to take vehicle to shop that is capable of diagnosing the problem.

What causes cruise control to work when truck cool but will not once the truck warms up?

suggest checking cable on accelerator throttle arm in engine bay where it connects from cruise control to accelerator throttle arm on engine. Thinking if it is loose it may get looser when hot. Check connectors on electronics in engine bay on cruise control. Check sensor for speed. Is it ignition maybe a scotch lock connector that expands with heat and cruise control looses sensor for igition pulses. How does it sense speed ? Is it magnets on the drive shaft maybe the Hall efect transducer is close to exhaust pipe under car and is being affected by heat. Is it front wheel drive ? check for a pulse sender on speedo cable in engine bay maybe this is getting cold. Check cruise control cable is oiled adequately in cable sleeve . check vacuum connector is ok in engine bay also ?
