Use a 10 socket to loosen the bracket over the filter.
Then use a 17 and 19 to loosen the one side. Hold the filter with one and loosen the nut with the other. Beware of leaking fuel then.
Then use a 19 and 27 to loosen the other side.
Mind when you putting ot back you dont strip the thread on the new filter. U might want toto Change the copper washers as well if they worn out.

The procedure outlined here is intended to provide a basic adjustment only.
  1. Park the vehicle on a level surface 25 feet (7.62 meters) from a vertical wall. There must be a horizontal reference point, such as a line on the pavement or another wall, at a right angle to the aiming wall. The fuel tank should be about 1/2 full, tire pressures must be correct and there must be a person in the driver's seat.
  2. Measure the distance from the floor to the center of each headlight. Mark these heights on the wall and draw a line between them.
  3. Measure the horizontal distance from the reference point to the center of each headlight. Make reference marks on the wall so that X marks the center of each headlight.
  4. With the headlights on low beam, the high intensity zone of the light beam should be immediately below the line and about 2 inches to the right of the center of each headlight.
  5. If adjustment is required, remove the grille and use a Phillips screwdriver to turn the adjuster screws.

Check all fuses. Even if they look ok roll them in the fuse holder to make better contact. I believe that there is a switch that rolls up and down to increase or decrease brightness on dash, check that too.

Front wheel drive cars with transaxles use a shifter cable that runs from the shifter to the transaxle. Have a look under the hood and see if the cable broke loose from the linkages, or from the shifter itself.
Best thing to do in this situation is to have a mechanic look at it. There's really nothing that anyone here can fix without having a look at the car and troubleshooting it.

this car takes a 14" rim. you an check for your self though by looking on the drivers side door frame and looking for the tire size on that placard. thte tire size can be read as following;

Width Profile(% of width) Rim size.

this is just an example and not the actual tire size.

start procedure is to hold accelerator half down, turn key, wait for injector light to go out, then hold down clutch pedal and start. do not pump the gas. just hold it 1/2 down. when car starts, release gas and then rev it up until the alternator light goes out.
