The thing you are looking for is called a block heater and most vehicles dont come standard with them. Mostly people put them in after market. But if there is one, it will be in one of the bigger radiator hoses in the front. Probably on the very top or very bottom of the motor. Obviously look for a hanging cord to plug into.
