The piston is binding in the wheel brake cylinder, perhaps a bit of rust in the cylinder.
Inspect it, replace wheel brake piston and maybe the cylinder if you can't make it "smooth".
It uses a circuit breaker not a fuse . PWR/ACCY 30 amp . I would pull the power seat switch an check for B+ voltage on the orange wire an check the black ground wire . Using a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter . Circuit breakers very rearly good bad . There are two in the inside the vehicle fuse box . A - B ,the one for the seats is on the right ,this is A
check fuel filter remove and shake it and dump out contents on clean sidewalk to see debris thats been going threw it. other test would be fuel pressure . and common fails are fuel pump or crank sensor, try going to your local auto parts store like O reilly they usually have the best code scanners and it's free
Not blowing any air , hot or cold ?
blower is fine ???? How do you know the blower is fine if not blowing any air ? Doesn't work any speed ? High , low , med.
Blower motor , resistor or relay . Watch this video ! Do you have a volt meter , know how to test automotive electrical circuit's ?
Blower Motor Problems Auto Repair Help
Free wiring diagram here http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html Look for the correct fuse's for the blower motor .
Enter vehicle info. year , make , model and engine size. Under system click on HVAC ,under subsystem HVAC controls will pop up automatic. Click search button then first blue link . Look at diagram to see which fuse is for the blower . Test voltage with volt meter
Most likely a problem with the passenger seat sensor, BUT you always start by getting the trouble code from the computer. Otherwise you're just guessing.
Hello, 9-10 volts is not enough to keep a modern vehicle running. Taking in consideration the age and model of this truck, it could easily be an alternator failure. I hope this helps. CYA Gator241
computer does not control headlamps.could be loose ground or daytime running light module.turn lights on with switch does it still flicker? or are you talking about batt light check plug for tight fit on alt.
TPS is abbreviation for Throttle Position Sensor, found attached to the throttle body itself, with wires connected to it.

Throttle position sensor
The Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor is located in the stream of intake air and measures this intake flow rate by measuring a part of the entire intake flow. It is what they call a hot film and is supplied with electric current from the Engine Control Module (ECM).
The temperature of the hot film is controlled by the ECM to a certain extent. The heat generated by the hot film is reduced as the intake air flows around it. The more air, the greater the heat loss. Therefore, the ECM must supply more electric current to maintain the temperature of the hot film as air flow increases. The ECM detects the air flow by means of this current change.
The OBDII people suggest that before you replace the mass air flow sensor, try replacing the air filter and cleaning the air flow sensor with compressed air or by using a cleaner on the mass air flow sensor. Truly, all that may be wrong is a build-up of dirt.Unfortunately, in your case, replacing the Mass Air Flow did not work. After replacement, did you reset the code and drive the vehicle?.
I suggest you replace the air filter and check for intake air leaks.YouTube has some good videos on how to do this, one by Eric the car guy and one by Scottie Kilmer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9CPqbaSgcokhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zMok2y05jNE
