not likely, check to make sure your theremostat is opening, that would be a much more likely cause of the overheating.

This could be a few different things. First off I would make sure it's full of coolant. Low coolant will not let the temp sensor function correctly. The temp sending unit could be bad, or possibly unplugged. Hope this helps, TJ

Check to see if you pulled the distributor wire apart. Even if the belt wasn't properly installed there should be a spark.

Hey just go to autozone or advanced they can check your engine light and tell you what issues are causing your problem and print you a slip. Most of the time you can fix the issue yourself and not spend too much cash.

Where to put power steering

on the drivers side front of the motor there should be a resorvoir with a dip stick that you pull out to check the power steering fluid level this is were you put fluid in to top it up.

It needs to be reset with an OBII scanner. Any good shop or parts store can reset your light and usually do it for FREE. Check w/ Autozone or Advance auto parts
