Mazda 323 wont start until cold

If this vehicle has a distributor, try replacing the pickup coil. This should be located under your distributor cap and is responsible for spark. When your engine compartment gets warm from normal conditions, this plastic piece of **** shrinks and the metal tab attached to it doesn't make a good enough connection to conduct the electric spark to your plugs. Car jerking jerking like the engine want to die...

What about fuel filter or fuel pump?
Sounds like it is not getting the fuel through or is getting to much fuel
Check choke not sticking and air filter clean etc.

Did you use an impact to change the water pump? If you did not and reversed the rotation of the engine you bent a valve stem. Dohc has this quirk

I need a 1998 mazda 323 ba immobiliser bypass key

I know this question is old but I recently encountered a similar problem with my 1995 323 BA and this may help someone else. Override the immobilizer by doing the following:

open the car via the drivers door
put the key in the ignition
turn the key to ACC
now turn the key to ON
repeat the last 2 steps X 12 quickly (ignore the indicators flashing and the central locking activating).
the dashboard should be lighting up as normal.
Now turn the key to START

Check the serpentine accessory drive belt and the drive belt pulleys for out of alignment issues. Also make sure the belt tensioner is functioning correctly.

I have a 94mazda 323 glx when I indicate left all right all indicators go I have replaced relays and the whole indicator assembly on steering rack

check that he hazard button has not been pressed as some mazdas use a direction indicator to flash and the hazard just connects all 4 lights to flash together

check the fuel pump pressure on the fuel rail is tyre looking type valve ,connect a gauge to this and it should read 55lbs

94 Mazda 323 automatic transmission is stuck in park

First thing to do is check to see if the brake lights work, if they don't there is no power to the park lock out solenoid and the vehicle will not come out of park.
