I have motor noise in my radio

There are suppressors for the coil and alternator, one of them may have failed. One of the plug wires could be loosing voltage to ground before it gets to the spark plug. Could be a worn out alternator. You might take a transistor radio and tune it off-station and see if you can find the source of the static.

Why won't my Mazda mx6 not start?

If you connected the battery cables to the wrong posts, you may have fried a maxi fuse, or the computer.I would start with testing the major fuses.

According to the wiring diagram, there is no inertia switch on a Mazda MX-6. The fuel pump circuit only has a pump relay which is powered by a fuse and grounded by the computer. And if the car did have an inertia switch it would not affect the ignition system. If you have no spark and no fuel pressure I would check the circuits for the pump, coil, and computer at those fuse locations and beyond. Could have shaken something loose at the key switch or in the wiring.

I have water in the rocker covers

I guess it would depend on how much water and is it clear. The engine can have condensation until you start it and warm it up, which would be a few drops or so on the inside of the covers. Normally the crankcase venting system is a closed system and outside air can not get in easily. An intake leak of coolant should be oily and green or orange.

What is a front right barring on a mazda mx6

You must be referring to the wheel bearing. The wheel bearings are pressed into the wheel hub. If they are bad, most people just replace the hub with new bearings already installed.

Is 7 pounds enough pressure to make it to the pressure regulator?

7 psi will make it from the fuel pump to the regulator but will not open the injectors. 30-60 psi is required.

My car starts and when I press the petrol pedle it

The age of your vehicle also guarantee's a vacuum leak. It may sound silly but the truth is rubber grommets, and hose's shrink and dry out over time and the harsh environment under the hood makes it worse. Check all vacuum lines and fittings attached to the intake manifold, valve covers (pcv valve), and be sure to check for a vacuum fitting on top of the intake just behind the throttle body. Does it fit tight in the hole? You can seal loose fittings with a high-temp RTV (Red) silicone sealant/adhesive. Several small leaks add up and your engine, heat/AC, and transmission will be all to glad to tell you about it.
