I have a 1992 Mazda B2600i that needs the cooling
You will have to find this part is a salvage yard as it's obselete new. or you can remove the fan altogether and install an aftermarket replacement fan complete. make sue it's blowing in the correct direction if you do as they'll blow either way if you put the wires on backwards.

When my 93 mazda b2600 is cold it will try to
Could be a problem with the fuel hose connections. When cold they expand allowing the system to **** air. Warm they contract making a better seal. Try clamping the connections to the filter and on the tank.

My horn on my 1992 mazda B2600 does not work
If you have a test light, unplug the single wire that's plugged into the horn. Connect your test light clip to a good ground such as the engine block or even the battery. Then insert the point of the test light into the terminal of the wire that you unhooked from the horn.Have someone push the horn button and if the test light lights, you do have power to the horn. If it doesn't light, you might check the horn relay. Sorry, I can't tell you where it is in your Mazda though. If the test light did light up when the horn button was pushed, then I would suspect that it isn't grounded properly, or, the horn is defective. Try unbolting the horn and sanding off the rust that formed between the horn and where it mounts. Typically, horns are mounted to the vehicle's frame.

I need to find how to disconnect the gas flow that
If it had an inertia switch it would trip after a crash and would have to be manually reset by physically pressing the reset button with your finger. Ford is the only manufacturer that uses this and a 92 Mazda is a little to old to have a ford influenced inertia switch.
Your fuel system (if fuel injected) is controlled ultimately by the PCM. It controls the fuel pump relay and turns in on if it sees the right information and turns it off if it doesn't see the right information.
When it acts up check for power at the pump. If there is power than it eliminates fuses/wiring/relays ans the problem. If there is no power than you can work your way back to the relay and fuses. I’m happy to assist further over the phone at
