Ignition key will not turn
Turn your steering wheel left or right side. If it moves, then good for you. But if doesn't, it probably means that locking system in the steering wheel is damaged. For this, you can just turn the steering wheel opposite to the direction of the car wheels. Most of the time, cars are turned off with the wheels turned on the opposite directions, which makes the key get stuck in the ignition due to pressure in the steering wheel. When the pressure is released from the steering column, a click can be heard and key is released.
If no luck, there might be a problem with shifter mechanism, which means that you have a trip to the repair shop in store for you. Get this problem addressed immediately, as it could mean that your shift interlock is out of order, which can increase the chances of deploying the air bag up in your face, causing a serious injury.

Go buy a repair manual at parts store for the vehicle and it will tell exactly what you need it is a little hard to describe over the computer. The procedure is not hard and the same for each cylinder but you have to rotate engine like four times as you can get 2 cylinders at a time.

The interlock solenoid is probably sticking. If you didn't already find out about this, you can work around this problem by turning the key just to where the column unlocks but the switch isn't "on", press the brake, and shift out of park. Joe
Where is the shift lock overide reease button on
should be able to shift when u press brake pedal, if not press pedal and see if brake lights work if brake light switch is bad this can effect the shift control. if this is not issue then the shifter is jamming and the stifting linkage is most likely worn or out of alignment and should be repaired
Trying to recharge but reading in red on canister port (low side?)
Likely you have a valving problem or obstruction within the system. To do any real a/c work, you need a Set of gauges so you can monitor both high and low side pressures. Additionally you need an evacuation pump in order to remove any air and moisture in there, neither of which are good. You also need some experience doing this kind of work. Third, I have recently spoken to an a/c guy I know and he told me that the sealers they put in many of those cans will gum up and destroy the expensive machine used by most shops that do this kind of work...making me wonder what it does to the car's system itself??? A short burst of freon without sealers or dyes is OK to add to a system that is just a little warmer than it should be, but otherwise either get the correct tools and some training, or leave this work to the pros.
