Crown vic acts like fuel pump bad, but it is okay,
Don't know your symptoms, but sometimes below the base of the airhorn there is a cavity. It lets the EGR breathe. It only takes a new gasket and 8 bolts to remove and clean this area.
I had a problem and a Police garage mechanic told me about cleaning this part out. It helped my car.
1995 Ford Crown Victoria's windows won't go up or down
The master control switch(drivers side) is bad,it controls all the window motors,even if they do not work at the door that window is in,the master switch controls it.The door windows,all of them,have to go threw the master switch,no matter what,if the master is faulty,the other doors will not work either.

Well firstly check your battery.

the starter is possibly sticking, this can be cause or worn components such as the bendick or brushes etc. in that case u might have to replace it if you cant get it serviced.
A trick I use is to use a tyre iron or a hammer and bang on the starter with a few pounds. this usually loosens it enough to get the car started!
No heat in 1995 crown victoria
ok, does the heater hoses that goes to the hearter core on your fire wall get hott, if so heater core is shot or one of the hoses r pluged or the heat selector by your fan or under dash is shot... an if your fan dont run kick it or its seezed, or a fuse.... sorry i dont no wat else to say..
How to change the air conditioning clutch bearing
I would suggest a used a/c unit, if you add the labor and special tools required, along with the price of the
clutch and possible damage to the compreser.
The used or rebuilt is the way to go.Most repair shops go this route these day's. Hope this helps.

Try replacing the transmission filter and bands adjusted.This is usually included in a transmission service.Then also have the transmission flushed.This replaces all the fluid in the transmission.If this does not take care of the problem then you can repair the trans.or replace it.Hope this helps.Good luck.

If the battery is low then you should have heard a click sound of the starter pinion engaging the flywheel. If you do not hear that then the fuse may have blown. Dive under the dash on the steering wheel side and on the outer wall you will find a fuse box. Open it and check all fuses. One of them may have blown. Replace it with a spare one that is also there. later you can check the value of the blown fuse and procure one of this value and replace again.
And I hope the terminals of the battery are correctly connected.

if the gear lever is on the steering collum the ear that the lever mounts into may have broken or it may have lost the center pin that holds it in place. take a flashlight take a look at it to see if that's it if so either repair you will have to remove the steering wheel and possibly other parts to get to.

No you don't want to hack up your car like that. You are going to have to not completely remove the dashboard just loosen the bolts holding it and pull the right side section of it back enough to access the heater core you can use some wire to hold the right side of the dash in place.

Sounds to me like your struts are shot. If you take and push down with bolth hands on your front or rear fender about 4-5 times. Look to see if your car keeps bouncing up and down or stands still quickly. If it keeps moving this is a test to let you know if your struts are worn out.

easiest check is to put a voltmeter on the battery posts. Should be 14 volts or over with engine running. If not alternator may have 1 or more bad diodes.
Also, clean all the battery connections, incluidng small wires on poitive post, if present.

If you are not parked on an incline when this occurs try another key as it sounds like your ignition switch is not returning to the proper position.Try jiggling the steering wheel the next time and if that works wire-brush the key if it is not BENT and try the process again.
How to replace the starter switch
you have to turn the key to the on position then stick a small object like an 1/8th inch drill bit. or small screw driver in a small hole on the side of the lock cylinder casing and you can slide out the lock cylinder.
Emergency brake locked after pull release handle
handbrake jammed on somewhere ,could be front cable ,because the rear cable is pulled by the compensator so if it was the rear one then i would expect only one cable siezed and that is normally the kerbside one.
