Hi Allen,get some WD-40 and open doors and spray mechanism at door,operate door handle so part will move and get lubricated.Wipe excess off with a paper towel.

check blower relay. shorted.

You should be able to remove the panel around the shifter and disconnect the lock solenoid.

Could be the brake light switch or the solenoid that locks the shifter in park.
