Code 402 0n 2001 mazda tribute
A code P0402 most likely means one or more things has happened. The DPFE (differential pressure) sensor is faulty and needs to be replaced, there is a blockage in the EGR (most likely carbon buildup) or the EGR valve may not be opening due to a lack of vaccuum.

Mazda Tribute won't start and has no electricity
This is a common problem with Mazda tribute and Ford escape. Replace the ignition switch. Actually, if you close the doors and turn everything off. Insert key and turn to on position, do not start, verify all dashboard lights come on. If they are, just press key in and jiggle around a bit, then try starting, u may have to do it a couple of times to start it. But, change the switch and possibly the key tumbler..do switch first and test. .then key tumbler if not successful. Both parts should cost less than $80..good luck.
P.S. you can replace the switch yourself, remove steering column 4 screws, switch has a yellow or white markings and is on the left of the column opposite the key side.

How many motor mounts are on a 2004 mazda tribute
I can't answer your question but while one mount might need replacing due to oil contamination, accidental damage or bad design it is unlikely all the mounts will ever need replacing. Mostly engine mountings are substantial, well made and very reliable and for the last few decades fairly well designed - and with few exceptions no longer inexpensive so it is important to KNOW the mountings NEED replacing...
It is no longer acceptable to consider the engine mountings in isolation as those supporting or suspending the transmission are of equal importance - the engine and transmission together are known as the power unit and it is usual practice for either three or four main mountings to be provided for the power unit and it is far from unusual for additional mountings to be provided to cope with torque reaction, often in the form of rubber bushes fitted into connecting rods.

My car was running. I bypassed the relay for the A/C compressor to turn on the engine stopped running.Did not start again, checked for fuse, found one blown, Put fuse in, blew that fuse too.
I can't tell what you've done? Where is the fuse located, under the hood--interior fuse box? What is the fuse amp rating and what does it control?
If it cranks good but won't start, make sure the battery has a full charge, have a helper crank it, while you check for spark at the spark plugs, if spark everywhere, check fuel injector pulse.
What about your security system?
