The hydrocarbons emissions are to high

Bad plug or wires, or bad catalytic converter can do this.
Also a rich mixture from a bad temp sensor could do it.
Temp sensor checked with ohmmeter.
Bad ones usually go 0 or infinite.

After parking my 1995 GMC

The fuel is not reaching the engine and the gears are bit worn out. They are not engaging. Both the fuel lines and gears need a inspection.---------- --------- The car parked on the hill for so long time has cause the problem to gears, they are not engaging and fuel is also not reaching, when the car is towards uphill.------- I suggest get the fuel pressure and fuel lines inspected, also get the gears checked, if checked out faulty, then get it replaced.--------------- This should help.Thanks.Helpmech.

Lost reverse in my 1995 GMC Yukon 4wd. Other gears

Usually when you loose reverse in this transmission it it because the reaction shell strips or breaks do to high line pressure caused by a P01870 code being pressent.Another common cause is the needle bearing on the input drum/shaft breaks up and the pieces get lodged in the reverse input drum and keep those clutches from applying.Long and short is there is no simple fix, adjustment,or sensor that will keep you from having reverse. It is time for major transmission repair.Let me know if I can help in anyway. Thanks David@FIXYA

Lighting Issue

Sounds like you either have a bad headlight switch or a bad relay under the hood. Also you might want to try turning the lights on for a minute without the motor running,if they work with motor off then its probably the headlight switch.
