If your going to work on your own vehicles, you need a basic set of tools, wrenches and sockets, standard and metric sizes. Generally it's cheaper to buy a set. I'm thinking 15mm,but, I could be wrong.

something wrong with what you say no freon --ok --that is a leak next you say that after 30 minutes on the vacuum pump the system showed no leaks did you have the leak fixed before vacuuming it down - next--- what gas did you recharge the system with was it the right gas--- as 350 psi is really high Gm ac systems are pretty efficient unless they are worked on by any one other than accredited ac specialist shops I suggest that you visit one to get to the base of the fault

See if there is a cover plate that is to slide out of the way when you inset the gas pump check

that would be my quess bcm can cause that

Stop Lamps The STOP fuse in the engine wiring harness junction block supplies battery positive voltage to the normally open stop lamp switch. When the driver presses the brake pedal, the switch contacts close and battery positive voltage is supplied to both the VEHICLE STOP fuse and the VEHICLE CHMSL fuse. The current flow is now to the stop lamps which are grounded at G401 and G402. The center high mounted stop lamp (CHMSL) is grounded at G401. For trailer wiring, a separate stop lamp circuit is connected through the GMSF to the trailer wiring harness.

did you bleed the system? otherwise one or both replacement part/s is/are defective.

Sounds like the engine oil level is low. Have you checked to see if it is full ?

if you are asking about the wiper motor if is under the hood on the fire wall just follow the wiper arms down to the motor.

You have an inline six engine and it is equipped with engine-mounted electronic Powertrain Control Module that records hundreds of measurements per second and makes immediate adjustments of air, fuel, spark control, and valve timing to provide optimal engine operation. Your Vortec 4200 uses an electronic throttle control (ETC). The ETC sends a series of signals from an accelerator-pedal module using a sensor that relays acceleration-intent data to the powertrain control module (PCM). To increase idle you will have to reprogram the PCM using an OBD 2 software. Have it service at your dealer.
