2004 Nissan Titan - Page 9 Questions & Answers
Why does my nissan Titan **** in overdrive
Be more specific with details- with load, with no load, does not matter what load, etc, does it die? does it stumble? does it slowly lose power? Without that information it could range of just about everything from a restricted/plugged exhaust to inadequate fuel pressure, and then some. You could try backflushing the Mass Aie Flow sensor with contact cleaner as well as the TPS. And start it up at night in the dark and look for arcing of ignition components. If no codes have tripped yet, this might address the issues prior to an error code being logged.
ABS and BLSD light is on
okay everyone that has the abs and blsd light on i had it happen on mine 3 times and finally found out its a very simple fix yet a very frustrating one because it will happen again until you change the junky rotors and brake pads to an upgraded drilled and slotted rotors and some high dollar bake pads i went with kevlar type so it won't happen again but the problem is the wheel sensors are covered in brake dust and need to be cleaned with brake parts cleaner or yours might have a broke wire or the rear passenger side might be burned by the exhaust pipe but thats a simple fix all you need to do is solder it back together then put electric tape over it and problem fixed good luck and don't take it to the dealers because it will cost 3 times more to fix because they want to rob you blind and get more out of you than they need to because they think you're stupid and don't know nothing lol almost happened to me but i knew better they wanted to diagnose it and quoted me $1800. but i fixed for about $500. and maybe 4 hours of removing old parts then putting on new parts
