Engine stalling issue at low speeds
This problem
is commonly caused by a dirty automatic idle speed control valve and
throttle valve. Buy a can of throttle valve cleaner from NAPA or
Carquest (made by CRC chemicals) and spray it into the air intake
while the engine is running, use up about 1/2 the can, engine will
try to stall hold the speed up, shut it down and let it soak for 30
minutes, restart and blow out the remaining fluid, shut it down and
disconnect the negative battery cable for 5 Min's to reset the base
idle control
How to replace rear lugs
I'm guessing you mean the wheel studs. The studs are pressed in from the back. Most of the time, you can pound out the old studs with a large hammer, and rotate the axle to find a position to slip out the old one/put in the new one. When buying the new studs, see if you can also buy one plain lug nut(with a flat end).Grease the flat side, and use it to pull the new stud into place.(make sure the shoulder of the bolt makes full contact with the axle flange)
On my 1991 Nissan pickup,
Are you sure it is the tail lights, or could it be the brake lights? If it is the tail lights, the light switch should be replaced. If it is the brake lights, there is a switch operated by the brake pedal whitch could be stuck or otherwise inoperative and should be replaced.
