If it can be repaired, it might require the use of specialty frame machine, and it may be difficult to find a shop or dealer with the proper equipment. I would consider the overall mechanical and cosmetic condition of the vehicle and obtain at least two estimates for repairing the frame damage from reputable or certified European car technicians before deciding if the car is worth salvaging. This is a situation where you could easily spend a lot of money and end up with a car that isn't properly repaired or drive-able.

The cable has probably become tight and over-stressed the lever. Often it is possible to remove enough interior to expose the end of the cable sufficient to grip it with pliers or vise grips. An assistant alternately pressing on the bonnet and releasing will reduce the pressure needed to pull the cable.

Opening the bonnet otherwise is very difficult and will require some of the skills of a car thief and specific model knowledge.

The relay is under the rear seat cushion next to the battery. Should be the first position. The fuse that supplies the circuit 30 power to the relay is a 25 amp fuse #6 in the trunk. I hope that helps you with your diagnosis.

1st you need to try using the spare key to eliminate a key not communicating properly with the 'electronic ignition switch'. the end of the key has little red window on it that needs to be clean. these keys send a lot of data thru to that iginiotn switch which is a major part of the anti-theft system in your car.
