Where is the tcm on a 2004 monte carlo 3.8

Gm doesn't use a separate computer for the transmission (imported cars do), it is part of the PCM main powertrain computer, that is located under the battery.

My ac compresser wont come on i put freeon in it and stel dont come on

Could be the ac clutch, a relay, a switch, or a fuse.Could also still be low on freon unless you are using a gauge.

My dash board lights are out in 2004 chevy monte carlo

If all of the lights are out including the HVAC panel, I would look for a blown fuse or problem with the dimmer switch.

Treing to locate the turn signal flasher on a 2001 monte carlo SS

Well believe it or not, the wiring diagram shows the Body Control Module controlling the turn signals. I show a 3 prong black square relay for the turn signal flasher which would be in the fuse block on the driver's side of the dash panel if your car has one. That BCM is $100 rebuilt if your car uses it to flash the lights.I would check with a dealer parts dept to make sure. You may need the VIN number when you call the dealer.

ENGINE CRANKS BUT DOES NOT WANT TO START RIGHT AWAY

If the engine starts right up by spraying starting fluid into the air intake you likely have a defective fuel pump. The fuel pump is located inside the gas tank, the tank must be removed to replace the pump.

I have an 04 Monte Carlo, its misting gas from a connector coming off the fuel rail. What would this part be called, and do I need a special tool to remove it?

It is the fuel line, you need a special removal tool to get it off and replace the o ring seal.

I have a 2004 chevy Monte Carlo and the heater fan

The first thing I recommend is checking the fuse, then the electrical connections. If the fuse is good then I'd check the blower power wires, usually near the bottom of the glove box, making sure they are properly seating in their socket. You can further troubleshoot at this connection to see if voltage is getting to the blower motor. Use a DC volt meter, or a 12 volt tester light. The switch, relay, and blower resistor are other components in this circuit. Best of luck!

2004 Monte Carlo signal lights/hazard lights will work and then quit.

It's probably you flasher relay. Look at you're fuse panel and look for a round, metal piece about as big around as a medicine bottle. It just pulls out like a regular fuse. Take it to the parts store and get new one. There not but a few dollars. Hope it helps.

2004 Monte Carlo jumps/lurches/skips when taking off. (Automatic)

It sounds like it could be the torque converter going out. Rockauto.com lists them for about $88. You should also check your transmission fluid to make sure it doesn't smell or look burnt. If it is it should be thoroughly flushed (not just changed) out along with the transmission filter. Here is a step by step on how to do that. Get an opinion from a trusted mechanic (I know those are hard to find) on whether you should pursue the fluid flush or go all in with the torque convertor (which would result in a fluid flush as well).
