check fuses,loose wire,burned bulb.

all fuses were pulled and checked out ok

That is either your power brake booster leaking or the vacuum hose going from the brake booster to the intake manifold that is leaking.

air pressure sound may come from a leaky vacuum hose or bad check valve at the booster or master cylinder.

But, I think that it's normal to hear a soft hissing sound when depressing the brake pedal which comes from hydraulic fluid going through the passage ways.

Is the pedal hard?

Not without testing the circuit.Could be the switch or a wiring issue, or the wiper motor or the power source. Could also be the delay circuit board.

Under the truck up front.

Any truck with a 4L60E transmission and 4 wheel drive.

look in the owner manual in glove compartment, it has all the fuses and relays locations.

Check whether your vehicle is on SAFE MODE as something else is happening.

sounds like the rod that connects the handles to the mechanism to open the doors has either broken or come off. it's going to be hard but you need to try and get the panel off as much as possible and reach your arm in and open the door. then take the door panel off completely and look inside for the problem

REPLACE THE TURN SIGNAL BULB THAT DONT BLINK.MOST OF THE TIME IT IS THE ONE NEED REPLACING.

Are all the light bulbs working? if so then check the relay, if fine then replace the turn signal switch?
