That sounds like the intake manifold gasket is leaking.
If you want to change it yourself, for about $17.00, you can get a haynes auto repair manual for that car, it shows a step by step procedure on how to do it. Any auto parts store should have it.

If you mean can you spin the motor over by hand, yes. Just remove the drive belt and put the appropriate size socket and ratcher on the nut on the harmonic balancer pulley and use the ratchet to turn it. If you mean, can you rotate the actual position of the motor under the hood and still have a useable automobile, NO.

very easy there are only 2 10mm bolts holding it to remove sometimes the transmission dipstick tube is being held by 1 of the bolts. only if it is a 3.4litre engine though

ive run into this problem a few times and it also drove me out of my mind,one of the few i worked on was a control module,cold it was okay then when warm it would die when ever it felt like then start when cold, the other few ended up having bad computers, yes the computer its about 80.00 rebulit, try the computer frist, hope this is helpful let me now the results.

It shouldn't make it stall, but needs to be in place. The most likely cause of a stall is a vacuum leak, or faulty idle control solenoid located next to the throttle position sensor.

The sensor is on the radiator just below the cap about 6 inches or so.You can either drain it down below the sensor and replace it or just remove the sensor and install the new one.It is held in by a metal spring clip.Just remove the spring clip and pull the sensor out and install the new one.Make sure you do this with the engine cooled down.Hope this helps.Good luck.

Does it have an aftermarket alarm. Most likely its either the aftermarket or stock alarm thats having the problem

Possibly you didn't get the distibutor back in the right place. When you have the crankshaft at TDC on compression stroke, the rotor should be pointing to #1 on the distributor, which is just above the distributor hold down bolt.

No ,it is not the thermos.It is because the rad hoses are below the top of the rad.It will take time to run and refill.Good lick MOE

It' s a guess. First I would for any engine frost plug leaking. If equipped with a block heater check it for leak (depending where it has been installed).
If I'm wrong let us know and we will go further.

no just fit a replacement alternator ,the brushes/commutator worn ,causing intermitant charging

It could be just the radio,but I would check to see that the connectors on the rear of the radio are secure.Check,with a test light on the rear of radio,and cut lights on,and off,to see if that wire is working with the head light switch,if it is,then the radio is at fault,if the wire will not light up,check for a bad fuse,and if you do not find a blown fuse,replace the head light,I think you will find that it is in the radio.If this is helpful,please let us know,thank you.
