My abs and tcs lights are on what is the problem

proble is simple the ABS is not reading one of the sensors ,common problem but the cause is difficult to assertain without a lot of work ,You will need to jack up vehicle and remove the wheel one at at a time and check the toothed ring thats on the drive shaft end ,check all four because often one of the rings will work loose ,cure two spot welds either side to secure it ,if all four are ok then check the sensors which is easy to do ,use a multimeter set to milliamps lowest setting then connect the multimeter to the two wires on the sensor ,it has a connector in the wheel arch or thereabouts .Then take a flat headed spanner and move it back and forth over the sensor end and the meter needle should flicker ,if it doesnt then renew the sensor ,the ABS light will not go out till vehicle is driven at least a 100yrds

Cost of repairing window regulator on 1997 pontiac

This is an expensive repair. the part lists for $925.00 and shows 1.2hrs labor if you call dealer and buy the part they will probably sell it to you at wholesale which would probably be around 6-700. labor should be around $100.00. the reason regulator is so expensive is because it is sold as the whole module comes with new door latch and all.

We just bought vehicle-service engine

If you take it to your local auto parts store like Autozone or Advance Auto parts they should be able to read your trouble code with a scanner for FREE. Usually when the Check Engine or Service Engine light comes on it means the Vehicle Computer has read something was not right. Good Luck.

Missfire cilynder 1

The number one cylinder is on the backside of the engine. You'll can check for spark and the condition of the spark plug. If there is no spark check the coil and the plug wire. If the plug is worn out replace it. If everything looks fine than an injector balance will need to be done to see if the injector is working.
