does it go tick tick tick tick and when it warms up it stops or goes quiet?
its your lifters not getting enough oil
when u change your oil it will stop till that oil gets worn out
you will have to replace the lifters or it can also be a slack oil pump not pumping oil around the engine like it should

Located on the Hub Assembly if there is a Speed Sensor on the rear of a Chevrolet Tracker. Look for the Tone Ring or a Speed Ring. Here is a picture of a Speed Ring on the REAR of a Chevrolet Tracker. You are looking for the Black Sensor that has a Wire coming from it. Normally mounted on the inside of the hub.

there is a button near the shifter push that button and it will turn off and im not talking about the over drive button

is the shifter all the way in park? if so try jiggling the shifter. it's probably a problem with the shift-lock release system
