This procedure usually works:
·Check the battery cable connections:
Make sure the positive cable, makes a good connection at the battery and at the starter. Make sure the negative cable makes a good ground connection at the battery and (preferably) at the engine.

·Check the battery the simple way, like this:
Turn on the headlights, then try to start the car.If the headlights do not dim or go out, then the battery is likely ok.

·Check the starter and solenoid:
If the wiring looks ok, then look at the starter solenoid for a good connection, and proper voltage at the starter(10 volts minimum while cranking).
If the starter spins and no crank, the problem is most likely the Solenoid's pinion gear is stuck.
Have someone hit (not too hard) the starter while you try to start the car. This usually works by dislodging a stuck pinion gear.
·Make a simple test of the alternator:
If you can, somehow get the engine running, measure the voltage at the battery. It should be at least 13.6 volts to properly charge the battery.

are your injectors being fired by the computer.remove one of the injector connectors and using a low impedance test light or a small dash light bulb check for pulse or blinking light while cranking.

It could be a number of things .What kind of difference did the EGR make don't need to answer just big or small .
Their is a part not a sensor on the throttle body called the IAC ideal air control behind the TPS sensor .Its a stepper motor jack screw moves in and out to regulate the amount of air at ideal has a composit rubber seal at the end of the shaft that fits into a seat inside the air horn .The Vcm controls the movement .Carbon build up on the seal or seat will effict the ideal air flow make it run rough at ideal.
You can remove it 2 small bolts and try to clean it but don't push or pull on the shaft it will damage the motor .
Truthfuly I think its a bad disgin to much heat to many varibables to tight tolarances to much expantion and contraction not a good enough seal or control over the system.

The picture is hard to see and I can't really tell.
But I can tell you about the speed sensors .You have 3 of them .
1 on each wheel and 1 at the output of the transmisstion tailstock area .
Bascily they generate a small referance voltage driven by the wheels turning and the driveshaft send this voltage to the VCM or PCM the computer witch in turn compares the voltages and adjusts main engine controls like fuel trim intake air and the abs system .
If you are haveing with abs control look at the on the wheels they can get dirty on the wheels .
If you are haveing more major function issues look to the main one at the rear of the transmission that measures the total speed of the driveshaft front or rear wheel drive they all work together

Caprice sorry to tell you this but the whole system is a problem .

If the fuel lines arn't rusting out the gas tank is or the fuel pump is on the way out .

I will try to explain the system to you or at least how they say it should work.

It might be better if you told me what code you got or told you got I now a lot about this system I have one and have made it work in spit of the disgin

P0440 - is a large EVAP leak. The EVAP system stores fuel vapor from the fuel tank and then delivers it into the engine under certain condition. The EVAP system basically consists of a purge solenoid, vent solenoid, charcoal canister, fuel tank and a fuel tank pressure sensor.

There are two common causes for this code. One is the fuel cap, make sure it is tight. Also check the filler knock where the gas caps seals to see if there is an excessive amount of rust build up which can also cause this code.

The other is the vent solenoid. If it sticks open the system will not be able to go into a vacuum mode. The vent solenoid is usually tucked up in the quarter panel on the drivers side right behind the tire.

A scan can tool is usually needed to monitor data and activate solenoids.

Sounds like an electronic pressure switch or electronic governor. Your engine check light should be on or intermittent and it should have a code. A lot of parts stores or transmission repair shop should be able to tell you with a code reader.

if the bulbs are ok! check bulb socket to see if you have power.with test light, if not make sure sockets are clean. check the bulbs first, because they are a double filiment bulb. for brakes and tail lights. did you change the correct fuse!! it is located in interior fuse box on drivers side end of dash. its on bottom left side of fuse box. its labled "stp lps". hope this helps,

I think you identified that you have a leak. The way to isolate where from is to fill it up and put a fresh piece of cardboard on the ground under it and look for the drip spot. If you are losing that much though it should be evident but start at the pump connections and work out.

about 80 lbs is sufficient ,if the wheel still can moved top to bottom then then renew the bearing ,and check the ball joints on the lower track control arm

There are two! the easy one should be right under the bottom radiator hose on the radiator . the second is harder to get to it's located on the engine block, depending what motor you have depends where it is located, usually on the side towards the bottom. its a screw in plug when removed it will drain your engine.

If you have done basic tune up stuff, I would check fuel pressure with gauge installed and running down the highway. Other possibles are bad ignition module, loose wire somewhere in coil circuit, bad fuel pump, filter, many others.

you should write a more detailed description but it could possibly be the pin in the hunge that keeps the door propped open, that could be jammer or if the handle/latch is the part that isnt opening then get in through the passenger side and pop off the door panel to the drivers side door and make sure the lines are connected from the door handle to the latch, and if you were in an accident recently depending on the severity it could be a bent frame/door depending where hit

The knock sensor picks up vibration in the engine and signals the engine computer to slow down the timing. It may run sluggish, but should still run.

Are we speaking of brakes or coolant system?
If its brakes the bleeder valve is located on the the caliper usually has a rubber cover over it. On most it's either a 8 or 10 millimeter socket to brake it loose.
And if your speaking of the bleeder valve for the coolant system it's located on top of the thermostat housing. Hope this helps you out.

Could be just a glitch. The BCM controls the beep through the radio. Thats why you hear for the speaker/drivers side. There are three possibilities for the beep. Door ajar with the key in the ignition, turn signal on too long, and seat belt unbuckled with the car running. Check for lights in the dash. no door ajar light, no seatbelt light. That could be the problem.
