Some advanced tech shops have a dye and a black light...they put the dye into the oil and have you run the car for a day or two then have you return to the shop at the return visit they raise the vehicle on a lift and using the black light attempt to trace down the annoying oil leak.
This is about the best way to find this sort of leak.

It will be the top shaft bush that locates the steering shaft in the centre of the column tube . It is normally just a push in fit . You will find reference to it in a parts break down book

Disconnect the + wire Coils Take #1 Spark Plug Out Get a helper Use Compression Guage if not Available, Just put your finger over the Spark Plug Hole, have help BUMP the Starter over till You can Feel The Compression at your finger you need #1 at TOP DEAD CENTER on its Compression STROKE Fine tune it by using a STRAW in the Plug Hole to feel the PISTON Move UP To VERY TOP Dead center----------------------------------This is Tricky but don't Loose these Instructions------- If you have the OPTI_SPARK Ignition System My Books show all about it but Nothing on the Timing "MARK" as this is the step I Stoped at Above.. Coil Pack Ignition Will Have a Timing MARK On the Lower Harmonic Balancer. Point Being if Mark is NOT on the Degree Indicator It has JUMPED TIMING<< Surly on a Coil Pack Ignition System BUT

Anti Slip Regulation(ARS) its in the throttle and ABS, if you have it scanned they can tell you whats wrong.

When it starts an idle out smoothly i can drive it okay an when i stop an don't turn it off it idle perfect , But, if i turn off the engine it may NOT start again,To get it started i have to use the start system of the battery charger to start the car? Can anyone help me out?

This IS a Cooling FAN RELAY Failure for sure , I Would Also NOW Replace the Thermostat as Overheating is NOT Good for them.

Sounds a bit odd that it is corroding inside but if it is, you may want to use the method I use to keep distributor internals dry when off roading.
Use kids modeling clay as a gasket around the distributor cap bottom perimeter where it contacts the housing. Before closing it up, give everything a light spray of silicone and let it dry. Any moisture will be dispelled by the silicone and it will inhibit corrosion clay will prevent anything from getting in there.

This usually means your battery is bad / is about to die.
