What is the fuse box layout for 1998 nissan
Hi,if you know where the fues box is your half way there.
just buy a electricle screwdriver that has a light inside it with a wire that has got a crockerdile clip on the end,
put the cockerdile clip on a earth the body of the car,
then look at the fues on the top of the fues there is two little bits of metal these are where you will put the screwdriver blade to,
if yoy put the ignition on then go back to the fuesestuch one side of the fues on the little bit of metal the screwdriver should light,This is the power side, now if you tuch the screwdriver on the other bit of metal the light should come on again,if it dose the fues is ok,
if not the fues is falty(replace fues)do this to all the fueses and you will find the fues that is falty.
all the best.
Air conditioning causes car to idle or die.
Depending on whether your car is Injected or Carby induction, The aircon system has an IDLE UP circuit which is supposed to raise the Idle while the Aircon Compressor is engaged. The Compressor cycles on & off to charge the system pressure as required. The Idle up system typically uses an IDLE UP SOLENOID which is usually mounted directly on the throttle linkage at the Carby or Throttle body itself, or a Vacuum Solenoid which switches vacuum to a Diaphram which is connected to a linkage on the Carby or Throttle body itself, or a Vacuum Switch which ports air into the throttle body to raise idle (This type on injected vehicles only). It sounds as if the IDLE UP system has failed or is not adjusted properly. Revving the engine spins the compressor faster thus charging the system sufficiently to dis-engage the compressor, which in turn removes the load from the engine, allowing it to idle again. A simple way to test is to disconnect the Aircon clutch wire (make sure it cannot fall into belt) & switch on the Air with the engine running. The RPM should raise typically around 300 RPM. If it doesn't the IDLE UP is not working. Hope this helps.
Where do I find the thermostat housing on a PULSAR LX N15 1998 Model?
i think i answered this question 2 times already
follow the bottom radiator hose to the middle of your block.... the houseing has 3 bolts to it and possibly an electrical coolant temp sensor as well attached to that housing
the top radiator hose will be to just an outlet with 2 bolts; thermostat not in there!
Theres no power supply to the fuel pump
Could be the relay or the fuse. The relay gets ground from the oil pressure sending unit when there is oil pressure while cranking. Unplug the oil sender and if it doesn't run the pump, then ground the wire to the oil sender. One or the other should engage the pump.
