If you have had the windscreen replaced or the drivers door repaired it is possible that the windscreen hasn't sealed properly or the plastic weather sheet that is covering the inside of the door behind the interior door trim to stop the rain from entering the car has been removed and the rain is coming in behind the door trim and into the car.
The only other thing I can think of is the actual door seal around the door opening is not sealing

Hi, have you tried pushing the door control switches in & out a few times to find out which switch is the problem switch. If you can find out which switch is the culprit it will not cost as much to repair and there is also a good chance the problem is only a wire. An auto electrician should solve your worry fairly quick once you know.
My first solution would be a bad/faulty door contact switch.

if lites come on real brite, suspect starter. you can try tapping on starter while someone holds the key in start position, use a long rod or something if possible, car might start and you don't want to be under it! if lites are dim, suspect battery or connections. if you have a voltmeter, look up voltage drop testing on the internet and it will show you how to check the cables and connections

the fuel pump is in the fuel tank, u will have to drop the tank to access the fuel pump

it seems like you have internal electronic problem in your transmission. how long have you done trans service. couse the way you are said it is like the fluid is dorty or contamineted. thats the why is not flowing freely trought the system,

Crank position sensors are known issues on the ML. It will not throw a code. It is plastic and cracks and when it faults car will stall.

try pushing on the bulb as it has a switch in it. May need replacing if the switch is bad.

Synchronization
Turn ignition switch to position II. Turn ignition switch to position 0 and remove key. Within 1 minute: Press and hold key lock button. Press unlock button 5 times. Remote control should now operate system. If not: Repeat procedure.

if youve installed a radio or messed behind the driver console check to see if you knock the ac wire off at the back of the dials.

The batteries are flat like a nickel. the smaller end is the negitive end, the larger silver end is positive. Look inside the remote it will have marking corrisponding to the positive and negitive marks on the batteries.

Press the volume knob to turn radio on, and use the number key on the right side of the radio to enter the code, when finish, press any key for CD or FM or AM the radio should come on.

if this is a m class the code is on the bottom of pillar when you open driver door black sticker with 3 numbers

check the fuel pressure switch on back of common rail if seal as gone it will cause this problem

Gather the following tools: drill, screw bit, screwdriver, wire strippers, crimps, solder, and a solder gun.
Read the installation instructions that come with the product.
Mount the CPU to a secure surface under the dash.
Install the CD player. See "How to Install a car stereo"
Plug a cable into the CPU and the car player. Each item has dedicated terminals for the plug-in.
Mount the GPS antenna in the corner of the dashboard, up against the windshield. The proper location of the antenna is essential.
Plug the GPS antenna cable into the CPU.
Mount the microphone on the ceiling of the car near the rearview mirror.
Connect the microphone to the CPU using the cable provided.
Read instructions manual on how to program the system, then program it.
