Remove battery cables from battery and clean all three of them and the battery side post. Replace bolts. Have seen this a lot working at a buick dealership. One of thee + cables goes to the starter and the other +cable runs the electronics and it appears that you have a bad connection.

booster rarely go bad and when they do they make a vacuum sound in the car see if vac hose is going to booster from top back of engine 2 booster if that is got vac . but the leak in the brake line is a bigger danger and you cannot diagnose the master or booster with out fixing that leak first &bleading the brakes

Probleme with the idle
Check for vacumn leak. Follow hose from cruise servo to the three way vacumn tee. The tee will turn grey and fall apart causing a leak.
89 buick lesabre electric cooling fans
You are off to a good start by testing the fans. Get a repair manual from your nearest autoparts store. I find them invaluable. Most temperature sensors can be tested with an Ohm meter. Or short the two wires together to trigger fans. If it has only one wire then ground it to the frame/body (negative side of battery). If none of that works (with ignition on / car off) then relay is bad. Also turning on the A/C should make the fans come on. Car does not have to be running, key in on position. This would eliminate bad relays or not.
Blower does not operate
common problem . lots of causes. 1st heck your fuses. 2nd under relays. 3rd blower could be bad. they burn up over time. 4th blower switch could be bad. 5 th blower resistor could be bad
I have broken the cable on my hood release on my
if it broke at the dash, cut the cable housing down to get to the cable and pull on it with pliers,
if it broke at the latch you can still open it you will need two long skinny screwdrivers and patients
Water leaks from bottom of engine
If it is antifreeze, then dry off the area as much as possible...then run the engine and look underneathe while it's running to see where it is coming from....could be a loose radiator hose to the water pump, the water pump itself or leaking manifold.
Front vibration
On a 10 year old car, it could be:
1. Unbalanced tires
2. Worn out tie rod ends
3. Worn out rack and pinion
4. Warped disk rotors
Take it to a mechanic.
Brake light is on inside..
check the master cylinder fluid level under the hood, there is a line on that plastic reservoir that shows proper level, if that is ok u have some other problem like a loss of brake pressure.
