2001 mercedes clk430 front wheel bearing play, is
Yes, the wheel bearing play is adjustable on your vehicle. It is not really hard to do, however it requires special tools (pullers) to remove the hub assembly cover without damaging things.

How to jump start my car, battery in trunk, manual key won't unlock trunck
You need to have your ECU read, you can buy a ODB reader online for around 10bucks. Work with Bluetooth in sync with your phone. This way you can read error codes the ODB reader lists, look them up on the net and then take it from there.
For me, i helped alot when i had issues with my engine management light going on after i replaces parts on the block.
I need to check whether your car is using ODB or ODB2 port for the reader. Being i 2002 model im guess ODB, but have a look online.
Do alot of work on cars, except i dont have much experience with automatic transmission car's as we don't drive them much in Europe, we want pure performance :)

Said alternator was bad
Bad alternator means no battery charge. Run the battery down without a charging means no power and engine will die. Charge the battery and put a meter on it to see if it goes to 14 volts with engine running. If stays under 13 volts with engine running, replace the alternator.

Bad wiring? The wires that go between the car body and doors or in the center console - has someone spilled some coffee or drink in the center console? Is it just one window or several? (just one - I suspect door, several I suspect center console).

Ac compressor not working
You need to have the Freon checked in the A/C system. If that is ok check to see if there is power going to the compressor clutch. Low Freon will keep the system from working.

2000 clk Mercedes Benz check engine lamp
Lots of things can trigger the CEL (check engine light) and cause the
vehicle to lose power. Without knowing what code(s) are stored in the
computer, this is all jut a guessing game. Take it to a mechanic or pull the codes with an OBD reader.

Hello, I am hoping any one can help me with
The mechanisms for the top are located in the trunk of the car. There are some trims you need to remove to access the hydraulic actuators and pump. If the pump's oil level was low it might have tried to operator the top unevenly and caused a jam, or there is just not enough fluid to operate the system. Also, the pump has been reported as giving problems, as has the electrical supply to it. There are several switches catches, hooks and levers in the system which could give problems, but the whole operation is electronically controlled. The best way to override the system would be to disconnect the hydraulic lines from the actuators and then move the hood manually. Just remember to have something to catch the fluid that will come out of the disconnected pipes.

My clk 320 mercedes wont shift into gear? what is
just had the same problem today...there is a small square false door just below the D on the shift plate...the tow guy put a pen into that door and i was able to shift it out of park. now the car won't shift gears as i drive because the car is in 'safe mode'. disconnect the battery to correct. the shifting issue is still unsolved but it appears to be an electrical issue in the transmission but NOT the actual transmission. hope this helps

Key will not remove from ingintion switch
Try pushing the gear shift further forward in park with your hand and see if the key releases.
If this fails it may be the switch itself just under the centre console which surrounds your gear shift. Carefully but firmly pull up the centre console up and you will see a little 'plunger' switch the engages when the gear shift is at its furthest travel forward in park.
