Fuel injector problem , leaking fuel pressure regulator ,

Causes of gas in oil
On my 94 Chevy blazer, gas in the oil was caused by a ruptured diaphragm in the fuel pressure regulator that is attached to the fuel injector. Flooding the engine. An over abundance of gas in your cylinders will wash down your cylinder walls and accumulate in the oil pan.

Did you then draw a vacuum and charge the system?

Get a used transmission from auto salvage yard ! Several hundred dollars vs. several thousand dollars !

The regulator is probably under the intake manifold along with your injectors...the pump is in the fuel tank and the filter is usually on the firewall...

This sounds like a normal pad indicator on the brake pad telling you the brakes need replacing...It could possibly be a gravel trapped between vacuum plate and rotor..Or plate touching rotor. Also it could be something else..It isn't good..Something is failing....Don't waste time..Take it to a garage ?..I could tell you how to check everything but If you don't know what you are looking at you would be confused..

There is no fuse for left or right. If it's not working it's more than likely a blown bulb.

ok so unplug the thing and stick a voltmeter in it, the hot side is obvious-if neither side is hot then you know you need to start troubleshooting the circuit-I would start with the brake fuse.

Get a 12v tester and use it to find your hot wire usually the blue wire but it changes depending on where the truck was built.

Is your security light flashing? If your Tahoe has the factory ant-theft system, if the security light is flashing while you are cranking your anti-theft system has been activated. It is common for the Tahoes to wear out the ignition lock assembly, lock cylinder and the ignition switch(electrical) which is attached to the lock assembly. I have replaced all three parts with great success and solved the no start problem on several GM trucks.

The most common problem with these vehicles is the fuel pump. The pump should run for a few seconds when you turn the key on before you crank the engine. If you don't hear the pump run, go to the fuse/relay box under the hood. Look at the diagram on the inside of the lid and locate the fuel pump fuse and relay. Check the fuse to see if it is blown put it back if OK or replace it. Unplug the fuel pump relay and use a paper clip to jumper across terminals #30 & #87 where the relay plugs in. If the fuel pump starts running, you should be able to hear it run at the back of the vehicle, where the tank is. If you don't hear the pump running, hit the center of the tank dead-center with a rubber or wooden mallet. If the pump still doesn't run, see if you can get to the wires going to the fuel pump and wiggle them. If you hear the pump run, try starting the engine. If it starts, replace the relay, if that was the problem or the fuel pump AND relay if the fuel pump was the problem. WARNING! WHEN YOU UNPLUG THE PAPER CLIP. IT MAY BE HOT!!!
The fuel pumps AND connector are big problems with GM trucks. If you replace the fuel pump(which is located in the fuel tank), use only the factory pump which you can buy at your GM dealer or an auto parts store that sells Delco parts. If the fuel pump used the small square four-pin electrical connector, replace it with the fuel pump. The latest GM/Delco fuel pumps will come with the new plug which you MUST change over as it is now a flat four-pin connector.

Go on google or bing images, you might get a picture that helps. If not find your local garage or DIY neighbour to help. Do you mean the steel door strap? In which case you may have to access the inside of the door by removing the trim panel. But I would have thought it was all accessable from outside with a socket or 2.
