Install a new water pump 01 aztek, won't heat up.

You could have an air lock in the system or you might be low on coolant.

Which wires used to hot wire 2001 aztek

You can't ...It is a GM car and is protected by a passkey system that kills the ignition and injectors to prevent unauthorized key usage.. It is not mechanical, it is electronic and uses the cars computer and a recognized signal generated by the key to activate a passcode that tells the computer to start the car.. No code...No start... A special module would have to be wired into the circuit to mimic the keys signal to do that... You would have to have a reader and the correct module to match the signal programed into the key.

If I changed fuse #52 for my A/c should it works, I short it out and does not cool anymore

there is a a fuse box under the hood and one on the passengers side panel near your left foot if you are sitting in the seat.I am not sure which one you changed but I would double check to make sure you change the correct fuse with the proper size.If it is not blowing cold air you may need a freon charge done by your mechanic. Good Luck!

Security light came on my Pontiac Aztec if it does not start how may I start it ???

Depending on the series of events leading up to the car not starting this could possibly be a quick and easy fix. With the master key, try locking and unlocking the vehicle, manually, from the oustide of the vehicle by inserting the key into the driver door and turning it accordingly. If your security is engaged, this SHOULD disengage it and allow you to start. If so then you may have a battery going dead in the key fob (transponder) and may need to be replaced. I recommend you scan for codes if you have access to a scanner and post them here if any come up. Also, check the main battery under the hood and make sure its good and charged. I work for AutoEcu1, an automotive electronics rebuilder and supplier and we see a lot of these ECU ECU's for this particular vehicle and also a variety of abs ebcm ecm pcm tcu and many other controllers for any kind of vehicle. I hope this helps. Please just let me know if you have any questions or need ANY FORM of assistance just post here or call 800 921 9060. Regards, -Tim

My traction control, brake, and check engine light are all on. I also had a plug wire burned in half. I checked all the fuses and all were good plus changed wires. The light are still on and the dinge

The plug wire & the ABS should not be related in any way. Unless when the plug wire burned in half the spark that could no longer get to the plug jumped to the ABS module & fried it. Anyway I would replace all plug wires. Then remove the Negative or ground battery cable for 5 min. to reset ABS module. Then reconnect the battery cable & give it a try. if the trac. or brake lights come back on you most likely have a bad ABS module & that's a very costly fix. Good Luck.

Cooling fan works fine when switched from 1 to 4.

Resistor for that speed or switch is defective

FYI usually high speed on blower bypasses resistors and gets direct B+.

Try a new plug wire on cyl 3 if that doesn't fix it you could have a bad valve or compression problem on cyl 3 Try doing a compression test also If it has injectors for each cylinder you could have a bad injector for cylinder number 3
