2003 Oldsmobile Silhouette ran out of gas,now it won't start HELP

Put the gas in the tank, let everything settle, turn key off, then back on to on position, but NOT start. Let the fuel relay engage the pump and draw some gas pressure. Give it a good minute and it'll start right up.

Turn the key to the on position everything lites

The battery may have just enough to power the lights, but not enough current. May need to be charged, if its 5+ years old, replace. If its clicking, you will need a new starter.

Starts but dies when driven

yes probably have debris in ur fuel system from filter to cylinders p0300 is not a generic code it means multi- misfire codes not just one cylinder but others -pull the filter housing-throttle/fuel injectors apart and look and inspect for debris and clogs than do cylinder pressure check to make sure no damage to valves/pistons and when pulling the plugs and look at them for proper burn ---when u get a code[check engine light]it means u have or are going to have a problem pouring an additive doesnt correct the problem additives are usually for poor gas or help with friction in motors
