Without testing no one on here could answer that for sure. . Looking at a wiring diagram an using a DVOM - digital volt ohmmeter an testing the wiper electrical circuits is the way to find the problem . Free wiring diagrams here http://www.bbbind.com/free-tsb/ Enter vehicle info. Year , make , model an engine . Under system click on body & accessories , then under subsystem click on wiper / washer .Click the search button then the blue links . Then i suggest you watch these videos on electrical system testing . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SO-eKuhCOqc&t=125s https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=efKoWifdcag&t=4669s Besides the wiper motor , fuse , the switch could be a problem too .

Where are the starter bolts located? 1994 Olds Ciera S w/v6

Should be between the radiator and engine, underneath the car. There might be a plastic cover held on with 10mm bolts. The starter bolts go up thru the starter, into the block.

Our 1994 olds ciera air bag light is on how can I fix?

Air bags and the air bag system need to be serviced by an approved auto shop. The light will come on when there is a problem with either an air bag or the bumper sensors which will trigger them in an accident. You should be able to determine the specific problem by checking the error codes with a code reader.

On my 1994 cutlass ciera, when I put it in gear you can feel the transmisson shift into to gear, but the car will not go. If you keep pushing the throttle an rev the motor it adventually will take off

sounds like clutch slipping. when warm it will expand , cooling down will shrink. can also be oil or grease on the clutch plate.

Where and how to put R 134a refrigerant in

Adding a can of refrigerant might temporarily solve the problem. A car of that vintage could have wide variety of problems. Since you have purchased the refrigerant, you should have a friend that has done this before show you how to do it. Don't be surprised if that does not solve the problem. I would recommend that you return the stop leak, and refrigerant, save your money and hire a professional to fix it. Find a grey haired auto air conditioning mechanic that is familiar with that year and model car. They should be able to determine quickly if it just low refrigerant or something more expensive.

Auto door locks don't work, key stuck in Ignition

If the key is not coming out of the switch, it may be off, but you haven't turned it far enough back that final click to remove the key. Some have a button you have to depress to get the key switch to turn back that final click. That's it.

1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera Battery Draining

yes. You just need an honest, qualified mechanic. I'm not saying your last mechanic was not qualified, but any mechanic should know how to search and test for an unintended drain. Sounds like that is what you have. Go on youtube and watch videos of "unintended, or parasitic drains"-there are hundreds of them. Any mechanic with a good multi-meter should be able to find it pretty quick-within an hour or two. I wouldn't worry about the AC-your car is too old for it-too easy to have problems with a car that old, although if you have enough money, you can do anything. Just saying it would be expensive. The window problem is not an expensive fix, probably needs a new window motor. yours probably has worn brushes. The rear defroster is easy to troubleshoot with a multi-meter. Keep at it and you will have a good car.

I have a 94 olds cutlass ciera. I have replaced the battery, new cables, altenator, starter, and I have a re-current problem of turning the ignition and I get a click, and then finally it starts.

The click is the solenoid not getting enough power to energise the starter and engage the pinion gear. Either the battery is weak or the connections going in the starter circuit have excessive resistance and need to be tightened/cleaned.

I I need to know what size is the fuse for a Cutlass Ciera Oldsmobile 1994 ignition fuse

Your question is inconsistent with the fuse panel you are showing in the picture. The only place you will find the ignition fuses (there are two of them) is on the driver side, under the hood electrical center. They are 40 amp fuses in position/location numbers 3 and 4.

94 olds cutlass ciera service engine soon just came on what should i do

If the service engine light is on, this is in a way a good thing. This means that your vehicles computer has detected a problem and the computer has stored this information for you. Now the trick is how to get that information from an older system like you have (they changed the system in late 1996). You need to find the data link connector which should be under the dash on the drivers side of the vehicle and I believe yours (don't quote me on this) is on the right side of the steering column by the brake pedal or even mounted on the bottom of the dash (same area though). Below is a picture of what this data link plug looks like. Now have a peice of paper and a pen also a paper clip (one of the bigger ones are better. Now take that paper clip and kind of bend it into a "U" and insert one end into the letter "A" spot on the plug and the other end in the "B" spot on the data link plug. After you "jump" A and B turn your ignition switch to the on position without starting the vehicle and look at your check engine light.. Here is where the pen and paper come in. The check engine light should start blinking. The begining or starting blinks should goes as "blink" (one blink) - Pause - and the "blink blink" (2 blinks). This is a code 12. A code 12 means the system is working. It will blink a code 12 three times. After the code 12 there will be a litttle longer pause and then another code(s) should start. this is where the counting comes in. so after the code 12 and the pause, if it blinks 4 times - pause and then 2 times, this is a code 42 ( am using a code 42 just as an example). It will blink the code 42 (or whatever code) 3 times and then move on to the next code. There may only be one code but if there is more they will go in order. When it goes back to a code 12, the diagnostic is complete. Write down what codes you retrieved and these codes will lead you to the direction of the problem and there are testing procedures that go with each code. Until I get those codes, I am unable to help you any further. Once you get code(s) you can reply/comment here what they are or feel free to email me directly at [email protected] with your vehicle information (make, model, year and engine size) and I will be happy to try and help you diagnose what the problem is such as a sensor or whatever along with tesing procedures so you're not just replacing parts that are not needed. I know this was a long explanation but it's the only thing to be done at this point. Hope I was able to explain it to you so you understand and I was able to help.2_27_2012_10_41_12_am.jpg
