Low oil would not show up on the engine computer, but low oil pressure would. If the oil light did not come on before the engine stopped, its possible you toasted the engine.

Sounds like the fuel pump relay is bad

make sure you don't have a plugged up catalytic convertor or other exhaust restrictions

check fuse box for any blown fuses? get a handbook workshop manual for your car.

ECM is shorted internally. I've seen it in many makes and models. In different years. If the car runs fine and isn't getting terrible gas mileage. Leave it alone. Just check for codes every couple months, or if the gas consumption goes up. If the light bothers you, do like most, put a piece of tape over it. To fix the problem, you have to replace the ECM and have it programmed.

Simple method without mystery:

1. Turn blinker flashers on;
2. Listen for clicking;
3. Find source of clicking. It is the flasher. :)

NOTE: Emergency flashers and blinkers usually use a separate flasher unit, but one is close to the other. If your blinkers do not work but your emergency flashers do, find the emergency flasher unit by finding the source of clicking, then locate the blinker flasher nearby. They will ALWAYS be underneath the dashboard on the driver side.

Did you use a used or new ECM ? Most of the time you have to have them programmed . That takes some fancy expensive tools ,factory scan tool , or a J2534 pass-thru tool for programming & diagnostics of modern vehicles. Calling the dealer or some other repair shop mite be a good Idea . If the vehicle Vin # doesn't match in all the modules on the car it won't let it start !

check the oil level is it low did you put line back on

Broken wires. If you have an OHM/Volt meter and know how to use it. I will tell you how to check them. You will also need a wiring pin out for the IAC motor and PCM plugs.

have you checked your fuel pump and fuel relay

I first thought it was a common fuse relay that fed both those circuits but after looking at the schematics they are separate 20A fused window and 30A fused blower motor fed through a resistor pack. There is a separate 10A fuse that does illumination of heat selector speeds. I have pdf's of the schematics if you need them

make sure you check the level of fluid in the transmission while it is running. Make sure all lines are sealed and tight. Check after each short run too. The filter will need to absorb fluid to push the air out. Check that the Solenoid pack electrical connector is clean and secure.
