I checked all of my turn signal bulbs and they are working. I checked my turn signal fuse and it's fine. When I signal a turn left or right, my turn signal light just stays on. Even when I turn on my hazard lights all of the lights come on but do not blink.
relay is bad turn signal relay

I replaced all the bulbs in the rear of my 1998 Dodge Durango. The brake lights, turn signals, and flashers all work, though the taillights do not. Is there a fuse that I am not finding which operates the taillights? The fuse box diagramdoes not specifically read "taillights". What should I do to resolve this problem?
Check that fuse. Hope you can read it? See the A in lower left of diagram, that carries voltage to tail lamps. Black wire with yellow tracer. Check that wire for voltage, close to the headlamp switch. Headlamp switch in park position.
