The two back windows won't stay up. the motors still work and the windows are on track. they just slided down one day and won't hold up. what is the piece called that i need to fix it?

You will have to take off door trim. You may not need any parts. The mounting bolts may only need tightening.

How do I bypass the neutral safety switch?

The neutral safety switch is located on the transmission. If it is by-passed the vehicle may not start as the computer will be looking for an input signal to assure the vehicle is in a park or neutral state. Why do you need it by-passed?

Need more specific info. Is there fuel supply tothe injectors? Is it getting spark? Do you have a alarm/anti-theft device? Some of these will kill power to the engine in the event of theft.
