you may when you get it started look into putting thinner oil into it, as well as for now tap the starter with hammer or something that will rattle it and then try it during or after tapping it and see if it has a weak spot on the armeture

Your starter is slowly going out the window, I would recomend changing it before it wont start at all

try some grafite if not your keys are not cut like the original. key grafite

That really sounds like your factory alarm system is activated. if your battery was low on voltage and you entered the car - the alarm won't see a deactivate signal. With jumper connected/or battery charged/ try unlocking the doors with the remote. If you don't have a remote - unlock the door with a key - driver's - passenger's side - or the trunk lock. There is an alarm disarm switch on each of those locks. sometimes the switch gets dislodged or knocked off by someone slim-jimmying the front door when keys get locked inside by mistake. What is the problem that she is having with the car? IF the rack and pinion was bad, there would be steering issues. IF the heater core was plugged there would be no warm air in the cabin of the car..

This fuse is essential for the engine to run, it controls the fuel pump.

If you spray starting fluid in throttle body and it starts, you have a fuel related issue. If you hook up a gauge to the rail and the pressure is within spec, it doesn't always mean the pump is good. You may have the pressure but not the volume needed to stay running. It'll run but you'll have drivability problems and or stalling. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Flush out your transmission with the correct type fluid, Mopar ATF+4, and correct filter. Disconnect Negative cable, to reset computer, for at least 24 hours. Check grounding straps for PCM, ensure they are tight and clean.

You will find black plastic wing nuts that hold the felt panels in place, remove and pull back the panel pieces and you can now access the taillight assembly, if you can't access the bulbs from that point you need to remove the tail lights by un bolting the 10mm nuts holding the taillight assembly then remove the taillight from the car now on the outside you should be able to access the bulbs from there by turning the bulb plugs about a 1/4 to a 1/2 turn, reassemble the taillight and interior panels.

You have a miss in the engine most likely. You should look at ignition and fuel delivery problems

Make sure it has a full radiator, remove the thermostat. Test the vehicle, if it overheats the water pump is bad if it doesn't then you need a new thermostat. It will be perfectly fine to drive it for a short period without a thermostat in the summer. But you will want it replaced as soon as possible.
