Fuse dodge caravan cruise control
Hi Mel, I'm glad to help! The most problems we have found here at the dealership is vacuum problem. Check the vacuum line going to the cruise control unit under the hood. Start the engine and let it idle. Next unhook the vacuum line at the unit and place your finger over the hose to see if you feel vacuum. If you don't the find the crack or where you have lost the vacuum. If it does have vacuum. Then you'll need to see if you have power to the Unit under the hood. Remove the connector and check for power, If you have no Power then replace the brake lamp switch. If you do have power then its a possibility the PCM is seeing something it doesn't like and is not providing ground to the unit or the PCM may be the problem. CAUTION: Do Not replace the PCM unless all other possibilities have been checked and repaired first. Note: Again vacuum problem or the most we have found to be the problem. Hope this helps and have an awesome day Mel.
