on that year vehicle or any vehicle for that matter . ABS has nothing to do with power brakes . Behind the master cylinder is the power brake booster , vacuum controlled . ABS is a system all to it's own . Think you may have thing's mixed up . You may have a vacuum leak or the brake booster is bad . Is the ABS light lit on the instrument cluster .

The brake booster/ naster cylinder is located on the firewall on the drivers side of the vehicle. The master cylinder has a resivour (sp) which has a cap and holds brake fluid. The brake booster is right behind that, the master cylinder is bolted right to the booster. The booster looks like a big circle about 10 to 12 inches round and usually 4 to 6 inches thick. It will have a vaccum hose coming off the booster and going to the intake manifold. The master cylinder with have hard lines coming off it which are brake lines. Hope this helps.

The most common failure of an ABS is wheel sensors. I doubt you'll have to replace the entire system.

I am not sure if this year has the IOD fuse, but if it does it will be at the rear of the engine bay fuse center, it may have a little yellow handle.

Your fuel tank level sensor (also known as the tank float assembly) is failing. This usually happens due to corrosion or other contaminant getting into the potentiometer in the assembly.
These can be removed and cleaned, or can be replaced, but it's a bit of a job and usually requires removal of the fuel tank itself.

you should have vehicle jacked up again to makesure that when it was lifted before to do those other repairs that whoever lifted it up do not put lift arms on heater tubes running under vehicle and possibly pinching them off cause poor coolant flow causing heating issues and possibly engine runability issues.

Can try a few things. I'm going through a similar issue on my 98 dakota right now. 1. Is the temperature gauge on the dash showing the engine getting warm If not, may be the temperature sensor. Is the electric fan working right. Does it shut off or stay running? There is a relay an fuse for that also. 2. Feel the hoses. They should be rather hot to the touch. In fact, the coolant should be about hot enough to burn you. If after running for awhile they're still cool or just barely warm, I would indeed change the thermostat. 3. If everything feels hot, you could try flushing the heater core. You'll see 2 smaller hoses about the size of a garden hose going through the firewall. They are to your heater core. It may be clogged. Basically you cut the hose and hook a garden hose up to them flushing water through it. If the hose gets stuck on the metal tubes, just cut it off. Don't grip it tight and twist with pliers. Those flimsy metal tubes will collapse then you have a bigger problem.

I would check the ASD and fuel pump relays to see if the coil and fuel pump is getting voltage. Then you may have to figure out if you are dealing with a no spark or a no fuel problem to proceed.

Are you getting spark to the plugs?

There seems to be some hindrance in the flow of gas. You have removed one, ie, the gas filter. The Fuel pump could be pumping less fuel, the fuel injectors may be clogged or semi clogged (more likely). And while you are at it, also check the spark plugs. They should have blue spark.
