Doors unlock on 2005 Chevy Taho but the rear hatch won't. It does not even click when you press button. It does not have a key acess. Is there a manuel opener?? Or a fuse. Even the glass hatch will not unlock.

Ah homie it is your parking brakes, most important thing when doing front or rear brakes is that u need to resurface rotors and drums as well, if u did this already then just simply bleed your rear brakes- from the furthest drum first and so on down the line.
Chevy brakes aren't that well designed like other vehicles but they do function well & correct if done right and use organic or softer material if possible to prevent warpping to the front rotors then you'll have very shakey steering wheel when trying to brake.

was the ignition on when you tried to read codes? sometimes it is a bad connection at the diagnostic port. have you used that particular tool to read codes on that vehicle before? maybe your tool does not support the communication protocol of that vehicle. if the tool acted as if everything was fine and just returned with a "no codes" message, then the code is probably in a different module that the tool cannot access.

Have a shop put a scope on the alternator & look at the patternYou may have bad diodes & a/c ripple on the circuitsA bad battery or some other cause of variable resitanceYou may go thru 3 rebuilt alt to get a good one

There may be an emissions leak but a very common issue is the canister vent valve. Make sure if you contact your local dealership that you have your vehicles vin number available.

Make sure key is in the center locking position when removed. May have bad lock mechanism or lock mechanism was jammed shutt befor closing. You can take a screwdriver and pry out the lock latch while turning mechanism with key. Mechanism should pop open and lock should work. Do you have power locks? have someone work the switch as you attempt to free up mechanism with screwdriver.

Code 128 means the coolant temp sensor is telling the computer the engine is below normal temp. Most common cause is a faulty thermostat.

It is located near the carbon canister under the truck on the drivers side near the fuel tank filler pipe. See diagram below.

I had the same issue and had to replace the door lock actuator. Common issue on these.
