Where is battery located
The
battery is located underneath the rear seat , you remove the rear seat by
pulling upward on front of rear seat. Pull up and out to remove it from the car. Next remove both cables, the black (negative) first, then the red (positive). Completely remove the bracket that holds
battery. Remove the battery, be careful of any liquid and or wetness on the battery it is acid and will burn your skin and your clothes and carpet. Same directions in reverse order to install the new battery. Hope this helps Fix Ya up.
How do I repair a broken fuel gauge in 1997 Buick
if your talking about the unit in the tank and not the dash unit then you will have to drop the tank and remove the unit from the tank.you can buy just the sending unit portion of the unit and not have to buy the entire pump unit with it.however if this is the original pump assembly then i would recommend that you replace the entire unit as it will more than likely need replacing shortly after repairing this problem.check to make sure its not a bad wire connection problem.

on the bottom of the big bracket towards the front is a bolt that screws into the block. it is the bottom bolt. It holds a spacer that comes out so you can remove the belt. Just remove the bolt and the spacer should fall out. Hope this helps leave a comment, please.

I'd look for a check engine light or pending codes first-Just because you CEL is not on doesn't mean there isn't a problem that the computer hasn't made a note of-
Then I'd replace the crank sensor (common issue on GM's)-listen for the fuel pump priming when the key is turned on (it is fast, only 1 1/2 seconds)-then check for fuel at the fuel rail up top.
