Car won't start after entering the wrong code
The wait time for these is usually about 24 hrs. Have you tried calling the dealer to see if there is an over-ride code and do you have the proper code to enter? If you call the dealer, you will need the vin and registration.

2002 clk - srs light on all the time
think this is a dealer job ,the radio is connected via a big computerised circuit board behind the centre column of the dash .try giving the wires under the front seats a wiggle and make sure their are no coke cans or anything else under seats to damage the connections for the explosive seat belt restraint puller devices

Left turn signal won't turn off
I've encountered the same problem in the shop- no codes present but the turn indicator switch is showing continuity in the off position. replace your turn indicator switch. remove steering wheel and remove switch. test off position and you should see an open circuit if circuit shows continuity-replace switch

Open fuel regulator control
There are 2 fuel pressure regulators on your fuel rail. They are being held in by a clip. Just remove the clip and it will pop out. Don't forget about the seal.

Latch on Driver seat is stuck
Go and get a new latch and try to install it. Or you can look under the seat. BE CAREFUL you should be able to get to the latch and put it into place that way. You will pinch your fingers if you are not careful

Looks like the hydraulics may be dying. There's a guy listed in that discussion group who can rebuild them. I can't vouch for him.
