153624 is possibly the firing order but the numbering of the cylinders ? never seen one so i wouldnt know sorry their out engines here in europe only use 4 cylinders and the newer ones 3 cylinders try 143625 if the first firing order doesnt work ,i would expect no 1 to the front left but i just dont know i could work it out with head under the bonnet and follow the rockers working out the timing but offhand no idea

The fuse is blowing because there is a short to ground in the circuit. It also includes the parking lights in the front of the car.The sockets and wiring will need to be checked for shorts.

I would say the brake Master Cylinder is worn out. Check inside all the wheels for signs of brake fluid also. You might have a blown brake line or hose.

Yes you will need a new brake line and a quart of brake fluid plus the tools to bend,cut and flare the new brake line.
