Wire harness under driver side front seat got hit and a wire got cut. Repaired it but my clock and radio wont turn on at all

Check your fuses. When you hit the wires you created a short and most likely blew a fuse.

After goings over a bump, why did headlights, tail lights and some dash lights go off and alternator light came on?

You must have a very loose electrical connection somewhere which is breaking contact every time you hit a decent bump. Have the main electrical cables to the battery checked carefully for condition, make sure the cable connections to the battery terminals are very clean and tight and check all power connections and wiring at the alternator. Then recheck if you are still getting an electrical power loss when you hit a bump. If you are losing headlights and tail lights etc and getting the alternator warning you should be experiencing a loss of electrical power to the engine(coils, spark plugs and fuel injectors) and engine computer also.

I have a 1997 montero sport I turn the radio on

Your hearing the alternator through the radio which means the radio is not insulated very well. I would first reassure your vehicle has a radio antenna and that it is plugged into the back of the radio itself, It is a larger size round plug in on the back of the radio. Perhaps your radio antenna was broken off in a car wash. These places are notorious for ripping off car antennas very frequently.

1997 Mitsubishi Montero sport, dont have the cover for my fuses and I need to know which is the "ECU" fuse to try resetting my computer.

Often disconnecting the main battery for say 5 mins should do the trick without needing to find the fuse.

I have a 1997 montero sport. It's been a great

take a count of what you have running and how much power each item draws. It it is more that the output from the alternator then you will need a bigger alternator. An accredited auto electrician should have a cable clamp amp meter that will give you an idea of the total current draw. Check the condition and tension of the drive belt as if it is hard or loose then the alternator will not work at full capacity
