After i reach 45mph my transmission revs high and

First check fluid level. Low fluid leads to hot burnt clutches in the transmission and bad shifting. May want to change the fluid and filter altogether. If this doesnt help than a modulator on the transmission along with being old and worn out may be leading to failure.

The passenger's side window in my 1995 Jeep

Drivers side master control is a chronic problem with those. You can often get one for under $30 in scrapyards. Also check harness in rubber "tunnel" between door and frame. Drain can often be located by pulling fuses one by one till you locate the one that causes the drain. May be that both problems are related or perhaps not.

Well, you will have to pop the hood and take out the bolts on top, next you need to remove the headlights as there are a few bolts behind those.  Check underneath the grille for a couple more bolts.  and it should come right out.

the wheel bearing will need to be pressed on so unless you know someone to press it for you you might want to take it to a shop.
