Gmc envoy 2005 problems
1st, is the check engine light on?...How many miles on he vehicle? I would suspect the throttle position sensor (TPS) . Also, the mass air flow sensor (MAS)....Or,it could be you just need new spark plugs and, or, wires....

WHAT COULD BE CAUSING MY PASSENGER SIDE WINDOW NOT TO GO DOWN? HAVE POWER TO THE LOCKS AND MIRROR. ANY SUGGESTIONS?
The first thing I would do is check the fuses. The fuse/circuit for the power windows would require more amperage than the mirror or locks and, would therefore, be on a totally different circuit. Check the owners manual for the location of the fuse.
Was the window acting up (operating slowly or making mechanical noises or grinding noises) if any of these were noticed, I would suspect a faulty motor or broken window regulator.
Me thinks, if it is anything more than a blown fuse, it would be beyond your skill level to fix therefore, I would take it to a reputable repair facility and ask them to check it out. If it is a fuse it would be a minimal charge.

Changed fuel pump still won't run
First you have to determine if it is a fuel delivery problem or a spark problem. Have you checked if there are any codes stored?

Sputtering and rough idle
you may also want to check the idle air control and the mass air control sensor, if not working properly they can cause both symptoms

Fuel sensor/fuel pump diagram
Google the question & look on the internet
I bet your going to drop the fuel tank, if you have
issue with either
Better use a professional scan tool & smoke the evap
system, to do the proper testing before, you do a hard
job for no reason or no testing to find a problem
Get the codes then google them

My drivers side power window
Three inches at a time, or three inches total? If three inches at a time, you need a power window motor. If three inches total, you need a window regulator. Both these items are typically replaced as an assembly anyway.

Updated attempts
We had a dodge dakota with the same symptoms and they found a corroded pin on the main connector to the ecm . I think P1682 is low voltage from the charging system. Hope this might help.

How to change a map sensor
You won't believe how simple this is. It's on the driverside in front of the brake booster right there on top, there for the taking. Unplug the electrical connector and pull it out. Literally a 30 second job.

Locate spark plugs
The are on the engine block. Sometimes the can be behind. On my van I had to take the windshield wiper assembly and reach around the back of the engine to get to them.

Fan clutch loud
usually that sound is associated with a defective clutch fan... did you get the right one for your application... thermal or non thermal
did you purchase an after market cheap one... I'd replace it with another one and try again
