What is causing my 95 chevy caprice trow black
I've seen this problem so many times seems like your piston rings are worn most likely caused by rough driving. This allows your oil to enter your combustion camber allowing fuel and oil combustion causing black smoke. Looks like in the future you'll need either a new car or a complete engine over haul both costing about the same
95 chevy caprice pass key fault.
WELL I HAD THE SAME PROB. ON A 95 CHEVY CAPRICE.I REMOVED THE IGNITION AND THE WIRE WAS BROKE.WHEN U TURN THE KEY THE PASS KEY WIRE TURNS WITH THE IGNITION,WHAT A FAULTY DESIGN.ANY HOW BUY A NEW IGNITION AND KEY THAT SHOULD SOLVE THE PROB. GOOD LUCK
Cutting off while driving
Try checking fuel pressure again with a guage on the fuel rail. If you still notice the pressure is low and you know the fuel pump is good, the fuel pressure regulator may be bad. Sometimes you can tell by unplugging the vacuum hose from it and if you see gas that means the diaphram is leaking. If everything checks out with the fuel system a bad EGR valve or EGR valve solenoid can cause cars to sort of stall under half throttle. Good luck and keep me posted. If you found this helpful please rate this solution.

What would cause an lt1 motor to sputter and pop
if this has the motor i`m thinking you could have a fuel pressure problem that needs to be checked with a gage.these motors are known for bad distributors units, cracked caps, rotors burning through, wires going bad, internal distributor problems.
Flasher or turn signal switch
When you select left or right do any of the bulbs come on? If you select left check front and back left side if one of the bulbs did not come on the flasher will not work. Change the bulb that is out. Same with the right. If the fuse for the turn signal is good (check fuse or replace do not use visual, some appear to be good but are not).
The emergency flasher is different from the turn signal flasher. Look at manual for location of turn signal flasher. If you manually lift and lower turn signal control you may hear a clicking under the dash to locate the flasher.

double check all connections to ground,,,clean all connections,,check fuses,,,
The heater is not working
Jamiem is correct. If you have recently done work on your coolant system you will need to bleed the system. While the engine is cool, remove the radiator cap and start the engine. (do not do this with a hot engine!) As the engine warms up, the coolant level should drop twice. Each time it drops fill the coolant up again in the radiator. Once the engine has warmed up and your radiator is full shut it off and let it cool down. Replace the cap, let it warm up again and test the heat again.Other things to check if this does not fix it is the heater control valve, the fuses (as mentioned, though I think you'd know if your blower motor wasn't working) and finally and hopefully not, the heater core itself.
Pass key fault
Bypass it by following the instruction
here. New parts are no longer available.
I have a ruff idle and hesitate at times
Could be a long list of things. Low fuel pressure, injector problems, ignition problems, even valves or a weak cam.Someone will have to figure out if it is fuel, ignition, or engine related to proceed.
