1985 BMW 635CSI. I have to replace the distributor rotor (the old type) by the new type, including an adaptor and the new three bolt rotor. How can I remove the old rotor? I tried to just pull it, but

Remove the protective plastic located on top the distributor by unclipping it. Then use a 10mm wrench to remove the bolts helding the distributor cap. Remove the wires and cap together.
Some rotors have a small retaining bolt on one side. Once you have undone bolts and retaining clip if present, all you have to do is slide it and pull it out.

I drove into a puddle and my car stopped. I went to have it checked and they told that water went into the engine and that it should be replaced. the cost is 48500 dollars. Is that normal?

That's a lot. I would get a second opinion. When the same thing happened to me, the water caused my ignition coil to crack, and not send spark to the plugs. $50, though it took a long time to diagnose. Enough water to lock an engine and damage it sounds pretty unlikely. Does it turn over? I would pull the plugs and give the starter a spin. If water fountains out the plug holes, it's just possible major damage was done. If no water, I'd be seeing another mechanic.

Problems with X6 5.0 2010

It is not normal on any car.
A week is too long for a major current drain, so it has to be something small. A small courtesy light bulb in a storage compartment that is failing to turn off?
Have you added any audio accessories? (amps, DVD players, etc) Sometimes aftermarket accessories have nasty drains and have to be unplugged when the car will be parked for an extended period (months) but if one is draining your battery in a week, it is defective.
The last suspect is computers. This car has multiple computers on it that are supposed to go into sleep mode a few minutes after you shut off the car. Perhaps one of them is not going to sleep? That would not be as tough to diagnose as you might think. You put an ammeter in line with the battery and watch the current flow. It will be high at first, and then drop off after 5 minutes or so. If it is more than 50 mA or so, it is too much, so you start pulling fuses and disconnecting things until the current drain drops down below 50 mA.
On a 2010 X6, you are probably going to have to reprogram a lot of stuff after disconnecting the battery to diagnose this problem.

2006 BMW E53. All wipers and cigar lighters not working after battery fail.

If you have a multimeter remove and test the fuses for continuity (OHMS) as fuses can look OK but they have blown. If your replacing fuses ONLY replace the with one of the Same colour and Amp rating.

2003 BMW 325i. It stalls out at idle or when drive it just shuts off. Replaced PCV system and spark plugs and coils. Now what, same problem it's wearing out my starter?

Question edited for clarity. changed your Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) into Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV), and added some punctuation to make real sentences. Your car is run by computers, the computers have diagnostics and will tell you what's wrong. You can't guess faults like you have. A Professional Grade Scan Tool computer can diagnose all the computers, modules, sensors and systems in about 40 minutes. It can even record what happens and what goes wrong as you are driving! https://www.google.com/search?q=mobile+auto+electrician+near+me ..
